Our HP and Xerox certified technicians have a typical response time of less than eight business hours. We offer daily service within the Anchorage bowl, EAFB, Fort Richardson and the Valley. With the largest service parts inventory under our roof, we have what you want when you want it.

Currently we do not offer warranty repairs on the following products:

  • All HP and Compaq PC's, both notebook and desktop
  • All HP and Compaq Servers

Rates:

    Labor:

  • All monochrome laser & inkjet printers: $95.00 per hour
  • All color LaserJet printers: $120.00 per hour
  • All LaserJet 9000 MFP's: $120.00 per hour

All Notebook and Server repairs require a 1.5 hour minimum

All Desktop PC's require a 1 hour minimum

    Travel:

  • Anchorage bowl: $30.00, plus one hour minimum labor
  • Eagle River: $45.00, plus one hour minimum labor
  • The Valley: $100.00, plus one hour minimum labor
